The Executive Director serves as the senior administrative official for the Powassan & Area Family Health Team and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and effective management of the day-to-day operations of the corporation. The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors. They are the key liaison with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, completing quarterly financial and service reports, as well as the annual budget and operational plan submissions. The Executive Director creates and maintains relationships with other agencies in the North East and across Ontario to integrate and improve our services. The Executive Director also plays a central role in the creation and implementation of our health care programs.
